GRAPHIC DESIGNER'S RESIDENCE
The focus of this project was to create a living space for a single graphic designer in an existing industrial building. Distinctive areas in the residence create variety for the resident. A second floor was added over the alleyway to serve as the bedroom, which enabled the main living area to be a double-height space. The entry is off the covered alley, which provides a transition between the public street and the residence.
